Can you get a period wedding dress? like regency or something?

I love watching period movies - can you get any of those olden day clothes from anywhere? especially as a wedding gown? They are sumptuous!

Try Angels in London, they do all those sorts of things, the place is massive, they have so much stuff and its either rentable or buyable.

Where can I find18th century (1700s) or regency (early 1800s) sewing patterns?

I've always loved period clothing, especially the mid 1700s and the regency period.
I'm looking toward accurate patterns that have all the pieces from the corsets, stays, and panniers; to the chemise, petticoats, and robes.

"Jane Austen" dress anywhere?

It's my brothers wedding soon and I would really love a dress that is "Jane Austen" style. In other words, Regency Period gowns. I'm not sure where I would go about getting one, or indeed, if I have to have one made! Could anyone please help me? x

If you are good at sewing, Wal_mart has those patterns, they are not too hard to sew.
